- what online sales options are available
- how to present the offer in the online shop in a sales-promoting way
- How contracts with customers are initiated and processed
- communication with customers (e.g. by e-mail or telephone)
- the acceptance of inquiries, complaints or delivery requests

- Scheduling and monitoring

WAREHOUSE MANAGER

EDUCATION
During your training you will learn, among other things:
- Specialist warehouse clerks accept goods and store them properly.
- You put together deliveries for dispatch or forward goods to the
relevant positions in the company.
